THE TERROIR EXPRESSION
In the cellar, interventions are decided according to each tasting, keeping in mind the objective of preserving what the terroir delivered a few weeks, a few months earlier. Wine creation focuses on extracting aromas and structure from the berries while preserving them as much as possible from oxygen.

WINE, EXCHANGE, AND SHARING
Exchange and sharing are rooted at the heart of our project. This philosophy and values lead us daily in the vat house and the cellar. During frequent tasting sessions, cellar team, energetically led by Christophe, shares with Amélie, looking for the most successful interpretation of the vintage.
